Online training sessions take place using software called GoToMeeting.This costs you nothing and is an easy to use solution to being hundreds of miles away from your trainer.

1. Your String trainer will send you an email link;

2. Click on the link and GoToMeeting will open;

3. You will be asked to enter your name and email address;

 and the GoToMeeting console will appear.
