Accessing String

Heidi Ellis March 04, 2009

Can I access my data anywhere?

You can access your information anywhere you have an internet connection, and can use Internet Explorer 6 as your browser. That way you can keep track of your information wherever you are – you don’t need to be at your desk.

Do I need to install software to use String?

You don’t need any special software to use String. The service is online, so providing you use Internet Explorer 6 as your browser (the programme through which you get onto the internet) you can use the service – all you need are your login details and you can start using the service straight away.

What happens if I lose my internet connection?

Every time you make an adjustment to your information in String it is automatically saved, so you won’t lose any information.

Is String available in other languages?

At present String is only available in English, although we are interested in providing the service in other languages in future.
