When you send a product to a customer they can see the information you have entered about your organisation, for example address details, and organisation certification. They can also see information relating to the products you have sent to them, including information about your suppliers for that product and certification. These details will be stored in the HIstory Viewer for every batch of your product that your customer has received records for in String.
However, they cannot see any information about other products you have in your inventory, or any of your other customers.
You can choose to show that you are using String by asking us to add your company name to the list of traceable companies on the login page. If you are not on this list, the only String users who can see that you are using the system are the suppliers who send you information using the service, and your customers who receive information from you. Through them, their customers can also see that you use the service, since the information will be included with the products you send up the supply chain.
