How to submit a support request

We can respond most quickly to requests that contain all the information we need to recreate the problem you were having, so explain as fully as you can. If you can attach screenshots this will help us even more.

 

We aim to respond to requests within 1 working day, Monday to Friday 9am 5.30pm in the UK, India and Pakistan. If your requests requires detailed explanations or a technical fix then this may take a few days.
