Online training is included as part of the initial setup fee for myString and deskString. If you are a freeString user, or need a refresher training session, then the cost is £125 per session. The training session will be conducted via an online meeting centre, which enables a member of the Stringtogether Support Team to view your screen, and also to share their screen with you.

Online training is recommended for organisations who manage just one or two processes. Before your training session, you will need to prepare the following documentation from one past order, and scan, label and email it to your String trainer:

- Delivery documents for your raw material including details of your supplier

- Issuance documents showing the lot numbers of products going into a process, with all quantities

- Production documents showing the lot numbers of all products produced from a process, with all quantities

- Delivery documents showing the lot numbers and quantities of finished product that were shipped to your customer

Your String trainer will go through these documents with you, to form a traceability 'map', or business process model of your organisation. They will then configure your myString/deskString account according to your specific business needs, and train you on how to use the account effectively.
